From time to time Bocs will have a bug or an error. If you come across an issue, please report it to our team.
The best way to report a bug or error is to use the Bug & Error reporting tool located in the bottom right corner widget.
Open the widget, scroll down to find the Bug & Error Reporting button.
With the tool, you can:
Screen shot
Annotate
Draw
Insert an arrow
record a video
We ask that you provide as much information as possible and do your best to either record a video to recreate the issue, or to screen shot and annotate.
