Collections Overview

Combine 2 or more boxes into a collection to display in the one sign up flow on your website.

The Bocs Collections page displays all collections that have been created. A 'Collection' is simply a grouping of different boxes to display on the one sign up flow using the Bocs widget. On this page is the 'New Collection' button which will open the Bocs Widget in a new tab for you to create a new Collection.

Before you start

The Collections page includes the following tabs:

  • Overview - Shows all collections with no preset filters

  • Sales - coming soon

  • More on our roadmap - have a suggestion, let us know about it!

Creating a Collection

Simply click on the 'New Collection' button at the top right hand corner of the page to open the Bocs Widget.

Viewing Collection Information

Collection Overview Stats

At the top of the Collections page, are quick stats to get an overview of your subscription boxes and bundles. These stats will change in the future as more users share the type of metrics they want to see the most on this page.

Collections Table

The Collections table displays each Collection created, defaulting to the most recently created at the top of the table. The Collections table is filterable (filters coming soon) and each column is sortable (sorting coming soon).

Searching

At the top of the table is a search bar that can search for any collection:
You can search by typing into the search field for:

  • Collection name

  • By product name - coming soon

Clear the search bar of any entries to clear the search.

Bocs Drawer

Click on the collection you want to view to open the drawer.

At the top of the expanded drawer are three buttons:

  • Edit - Opens the Bocs widget in a new tab to make changes to your Collection - See Bocs Widget

  • View - Opens the Collections sign up flow or front end of the widget in a new tab to see how it would look on your website.

  • Delete - Deletes the selected Collection

When expanded you can view the following details about your Collection:

  • Summary

    • Collection Name

    • Description

    • Type

  • Bocs (included boxes of your collection)
