Managing Subscriptions

Learn how you can manage individual subscriptions on behalf of your subscribers

You can easily manage and update any subscription from within the Bocs dashboard.

Accessing a Subscription

  1. Navigate to the Subscriptions page.

  2. Search for the subscription you want to update.

  3. Click on it to open the subscription drawer.


What You Can Do

Inside the subscription drawer, you can:

  • Change the subscription status
    Set the status to Active, Pending, Paused, or Cancelled.

    If you select Paused, a new field will appear allowing you to set the pause duration.

  • Change the next payment date
    Adjust when the next charge should occur.

  • Update shipping and billing addresses

  • Change the subscription frequency

  • Assign a different subscription box
    You can also update the product selection if the subscription is using a custom box.


Updating Payment Method or Contact Details

To change the payment method or contact details:

  1. Go to the Contacts page.

  2. Search for the contact and click Edit.

  3. From there, you can update their payment information and personal details.
