The Bocs Orders page details all orders that are synced from your Woocommerce store. Bocs subscription orders are generated within Woocommerce and are included in the sync, meaning you can manage both subscription and non-subscription orders within Bocs.
Before you start
The orders page includes the following tabs:
Overview - Shows all orders with no preset filters
Refunds - Shows all orders with refunds
Transactions - Shows all the transactions linked to orders

Viewing Order Information
Order Overview Stats
At the top of the Bocs Orders page, are quick stats to get an overview of how your orders and revenue are tracking.
Orders Table
The orders table displays each order defaulting to the most recent order at the top of the table. The order table is filterable (filters coming soon) and each column is sortable (sorting coming soon).
Searching
At the top of the table is a search bar that can search for any order:
You can search by typing into the search field for:
Customer email
Customer ID
Customer Name
Order number
Product - displays all orders that include the same product
Clear the search bar of any entries to clear the search.
Filtering
Coming soon
Order Status
Completed - Successful paid order that has been dispatched to the customer
Processing - Successfully paid order, yet to be dispatched
Pending - Order yet to be paid, going through retry system cycle
Failed - Order failed, retry system failed
Editing an Order
Currently the only editable feature for orders is the order status.
To open an order to view or edit, click anywhere on the order row you want to open. A drawer with the order details will slide open so you can view the order details.
To edit the order statuses, click the edit button inside the order drawer
