The Bocs Subscription page displays all customers' subscriptions, providing detailed information about each subscription allowing you to view, edit and create directly in Bocs.
Before you start
The Subscription page includes the following tabs:
Overview - Shows all Subscriptions with no preset filters
Upcoming - Shows Subscriptions that are about to trigger - coming soon

Viewing Subscription Information
Subscription Overview Stats
At the top of the Bocs Subscription page, are quick stats to get an overview of how your Subscribers and Subscriptions are tracking.
Subscription Table
The subscription table displays each subscription defaulting to the most recent subscription created at the top of the table. The subscription table is filterable (filters coming soon) and each column is sortable (sorting coming soon).
Searching
At the top of the table is a search bar that can search for any subscription:
You can search by typing into the search field for:
Customer email
Customer ID
Customer Name
Subscription number
Product - displays all orders that include the same product. Coming soon
Subscription Box - Displays all the subscriptions containing the subscription box. Coming soon
Clear the search bar of any entries to clear the search.
Filtering

Subscription Status
Active
Paused - Subscription has been paused by admin or subscriber. Or, payments have failed after retry attempts
Cancelled
